Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to return it (14 days for items bought on sale). The piece needs to be unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or wrong.

You can start a return, or cancel an order that hasn’t shipped yet, yourself from your order page. No sign-up needed: enter the email you used at checkout and we’ll send you a one-time code. Open your order, choose return or cancel, and follow the steps.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Need another size? Return the piece, then place a new order.

Shipping within the EU? You can also cancel within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Read the full return policy.
